While we apply proven processes to every campaign, outreach and marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, offer strength, and recipient behaviour. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, meetings, or sales unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Lead lists, campaign copy, and other deliverables created specifically for a client become the property of that client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Diggsolution retains rights to its underlying processes, tools, and methodologies.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of an engagement, and to use it solely for the purposes of that engagement.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diggsolution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
